At GreenTurf you don't really work for us as much as you work for our customers. If it weren't for our customers there is no GreenTurf. Here, you must follow our code, follow instructions, and most importantly pay attention to detail on our customer's property. You must also carry a high degree of the integrity you put into your work.
Work Ethic
We require hard work. Hard work is not a punishment, it is a rite of passage, a badge of honor. If you are able bodied and don't want to work hard, you likely lack the desire and dedication to succeed in life. GreenTurf was built on hard work and sacrifice. If you can't pitch in on a crew 100% of the time and have to be told to get busy, we don't want you...it's that simple.
However, when you show up to work when you say you will show up, give 100% all the time and leave a quality job when you are done, there is no limit to what you can achieve in life and we want to reward that through position advancements and pay raises.
